Great Outcome - Very Happy!

I am very happy with the final outcome of my surgery. After having PIP implants removed and replaced. I first contacted Miss Grob via email and heard back very quickly directly from her in a phone call. We had a good chat on the phone prior to my consultation. It was so nice to talk directly with the surgeon rather than a sales person or coordinator that so many hospitals seem to use. After meeting with Miss Grob we arranged surgery very quickly which was at my request. All was fine at the hospital on the day and my recovery was good. From start to finish Miss Grob was always available on WhatsApp to answer questions and queries and offer advice which was very reassuring.
