From explaining the procedure to me and my husband to the operation two weeks later, I felt you were with me every step of the way. The operation went so smoothly, everyone, I came into contact with at the hospital was great. The aftercare you gave me was so important especially knowing I could contact you at any time, which I did, and the fact you saw me so quickly when I was anxious.
